Ok folks, the payment deadline for the Meal Plan is fast approaching. If you are eating with us, $50 per person for the week is due on JUNE 1ST, this is next Sunday's practice. I MUST have the payment in full by that date to assure your meals.

I have to be able to count on certain numbers when shopping and CANNOT add people last minute to the meal plan. By the time we get to Rag, all the food has already been bought with the number that have paid in mind.

Please contact me ASAP if you are planning on participating in the food plan this year. I need payment in full of $50/person for the week if you are planning on eating with us by JUNE 1, 2008. No later.

The menu as it stands right now is in its first revision. I will be making adjustments, adding further menu details, and clarifying details in the next few days. 

If you have any food allergies or special dietary needs, please let me know NOW so that I can plan accordingly. 

Don't forget that preregistration ends on May 31, 2008 so get your pre-regs in to avoid standing in line when you get to Spring Valley. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.
